1. About the service

MarketRadar Whale (marketradarwhale.com), our Telegram bot and Mini App show public on-chain and market data about large wallets ("whales"), and let you use a non-custodial wallet and connect to third-party swap and trading services. The service is provided "as is".

2. Not financial advice

Everything shown is descriptive information only. It is not investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets are risky and you can lose all your money. You are fully responsible for your own decisions.

3. Non-custodial wallet

Your private key or recovery phrase is created and kept on your own device and is never sent to us. We cannot move, recover or reverse your funds. If you lose your key, no one can restore it.

4. Third-party services

Swaps, bridges, exchanges and data providers are run by other companies under their own terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, prices or outcomes.

5. YouTube

Our videos are published on YouTube. When you use YouTube features, including watching our videos on YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms . Our use of YouTube API Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which also links to the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, attack or overload it, or to try to access other people's accounts. We may block access if you do.

7. Availability and changes

The service may change, be interrupted or stop at any time. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
