How do I know if my wallet is blocked?
A self-custody wallet cannot be blocked by anyone — the funds sit on the chain and the key is yours. What can be refused is an exchange or bridge accepting them, which is a different thing from the wallet being frozen.
Is a wallet sanctioned because of where I live?
The list is not based on nationality. It names addresses tied to specific people or entities. A fresh wallet is not on it.
What if I received funds from a flagged source?
That is where the real risk sits. Exchanges also run commercial risk scoring, which can flag an address for the path its coins took. This page does not show that, and no free page does — anyone claiming otherwise is guessing.
