Updated: 2026-10-07 · MarketRadar Whale
When using crypto you usually pay three kinds of fees: trading fees, withdrawal fees and network fees.
Trading fee
A percentage the exchange takes from each trade.
Withdrawal fee
The cost of moving a coin from an exchange to a wallet; it varies by network.
Network fee
A cost paid to the network that changes with congestion.
Lowering costs
- Use a cheap network for transfers
- Use limit orders instead of market orders
