What Signals shows

Every 10 minutes we read public market data from many exchanges (spot and futures), combine it per coin, and measure four things: how much the price moved, how much spot volume is above normal, how much futures volume is above normal, and whether open interest (open leveraged positions) is growing or shrinking. Tracked Hyperliquid whales are added as a confirmation layer.

How to read the labels

Spot-led rise: the price is up and most of the new volume came from spot buying. This is usually the healthier kind of move. Leverage-led rise: the price is up but open interest jumped or futures volume dominates, so the move rests on borrowed money and can reverse fast. Longs closing: the price is down and open interest is falling, meaning long positions are being closed or liquidated. Shorts opening: the price is down and open interest is rising, meaning new short positions are being opened. Pump watch: both spot and futures volume are at least twice their normal pace while the price rises and RSI is not yet overheated.

Where the data comes from

Public market data from major exchanges including OKX, Coinbase, Gate, Bitget, MEXC, Kraken and Hyperliquid, plus Binance, Bybit and KuCoin whenever their public endpoints answer. Only market data is used: we never touch your accounts or funds.

What Signals is not

It does not predict prices and it is not financial advice. A pump watch flag means unusual buying is visible right now; it can fade. Always size positions you can afford to lose.
